What other properties can be updated? I think all these can be updated: Description, winnerid, owner, status, deadline. PollId, creatorId and eventId can never be updated.. Thoughts?

Have added update api for poll. This is the first api which will also send updated object back.. Do note, updatePoll and castVote are both essentially updating the Poll object but have clear segregation of functionality. CastVote is only to deal with vote casting on options of a poll.. All other poll properties are part of updatePoll api(CreatorId, Deadline, Description, Owner, adding Poll Options, Changing Status, setting winnerId) - For now I have made it open to unblock front end. We can reduce update possibilities on properties later.
