Error: unauthorized_client on trying to list files from Google Drive about node-samples HOT 5 CLOSED

I believe this error indicates that you are trying to refresh an access token using a different client ID then was used to create it. Try deleting your token.json file and trying again.

Was having similar issue: was getting 'Daily Limit for Unauthenticated Use Exceeded. Continued use requires signup.'

What worked :
In listFiles(), change
const drive = google.drive({version: 'v3', auth})
to
const drive = google.drive({version: 'v3', auth: auth})

@rickfix - What version of Node were you use? My understanding is that both versions of that code do the same thing, so confused why it would make a difference.
