Sample not working about appengine-guestbook-java HOT 10 CLOSED

Use maven 3.1.x

from appengine-guestbook-java.

I'm using.

$ mvn -V

@bcfurtado , Any update on this issue? I tried to run sample code from Google Developers Console and I ran into this issue.

@bcfurtado, just update the version of the plugin:

  <groupId>com.google.appengine</groupId>
  <artifactId>appengine-maven-plugin</artifactId>
  <version>1.9.21</version>

That works for me.

Maybe we should add the following

  <prerequisites>
    <maven>3.1.0</maven>
  </prerequisites>

to the pom?

Hey,

I was studying it's been more than a year and at the time the example was not working.
However, I just did a clone of the project, build the project like said in the docs and was running perfect. :)

I suggest if someone still have this issue, update the project and try again, because works for me now!

And just to clarify, except for the mac os update and the new maven version ( now is 3.2.3 and before was the 3.1.1), I'm still using the "same" environment.
