Yes, it is possible. Just request permission in activity and then put result to bundle and start service. See example below:
extras.putInt(EXTRA_RESULT_CODE, resultCode);
extras.putParcelable(EXTRA_DATA, data);
startService(YourService.newIntent(this, extras));

@gbuyan Thanks for your reply. But my app has no activity but only a service called by JNI. How to use MediaProjection in this case?
