Some useful info - to run against chromedriver, start via:
chromedriver --port=4444 --url-base=wd/hub

'Navigation forward/back' should be fixed.
'Cookies add complex cookie' should be fixed.
'Window location' and 'Window maximize' are known to not work on Mac due to the Apple menu bar.
I actually think 'Window location' could be fixed by changing the y coordinate to something larger (100 should be safe on all OS's).
'Window maximize' will always have OS/configuration dependent behavior (e.g. it doesn't pass for me reliably on Linux due to multiple monitors). I suppose we could improve it by setting the size to something small and the location to something in the middle of the screen before calling maximize, and then checking that maximize moved the location up and to the left and made the window bigger.

Window maximize behaves differently on different OS or browsers, so will probably never be completely reliable. I believe the rest of these tests should work now.
