Fail to create new TensorStore with ```neuroglancer_uint64_sharded``` driver about tensorstore HOT 2 CLOSED

When using the neuroglancer_precomputed driver, you don't specify neuroglancer_uint64_sharded as the kvstore if using the sharded volume format, since that would cause all keys, including the info metadata key, to go through the neuroglancer_uint64_sharded kvstore driver. The neuroglancer_precomputed driver internally handles using the neuroglancer_uint64_sharded kvstore driver when using the sharded volume format. The neuroglancer_uint64_kvstore driver is only useful if you want to access the underlying chunk storage directly, or access something that is not a sharded volume, such as precomputed skeletons or annotations.
