All the phase4 videos remaining on the site are hardcoded values (keynote) or don't expand until their video id is set and video is loaded (devbytes/sessions/featured videos). Are you seeing the default video somewhere?

I'm not - but wanted to make sure there isn't a possibility of folks seeing it somehow as I've got some angry emails about it.
