is sccache working properly? about evcxr HOT 2 OPEN

Is it quicker than without :sccache 1? Sccache caches actual compiler invocations, but it is transparent to the build system, so the build system still reports that it is compiling them. Also some things like build script invocations (as is likely done here to run autocfg) can't be cached.

sccache also won't help speed up rust-analyzer and at least some of the time is being spent with rust-analyzer processing the standard library and any crates you've pulled in. At the time support for sccache was added to evcxr, it did make a significant difference, but that was before evcxr started using rust-analyzer. I think the difference that sccache makes these days is less. I haven't looked into why - it's possible also that there have been changes in rustc that might have made it less effective.
