Hi Jorrit,

Resolver is back online, sorry for the problem. I am going to setup a
monitoring nest week to avoid long outages in the future. It is possible to
run resolver locally, after you go through the pain of setting it up. In
the future we plan to automate such setup. If you want to run it locally,
let me know -- I will help
