I wanted to learn how to visualize algorithms using the popular p5 library but in python. The current example I am follwoing is Craig Reynolds' boid paper for modeling flock behaviour.

Open Biopipeline is an open source bioinformatics tool for general and broad purposes, specifically the goal of this project is to develop a tool for researchers or students to use in order to investigate genes.
OpenCV in this case is to act as a security measure against any train derailments. Within openCV I will track the motion of the train, here after referred to as a payload, such that if it leaves a certain area it will trigger emergency services or technical services.
This is a git repository for my NSERC USRA where I try to build an android app that looks for cancerous portions of a cell given a pathology slide sample. The phone attaches to the end of a microscope and it looks for cancer based on user controlled position.

This is a graduation commencemetn app that my software engineering class was in charge of making. It's pretty cool considering that we are a bunch of high school kids, we used webpy as our initial web platform but we switched to django because it was better.
