It appears the first pull request was able to open, but the 2nd pull request and 1st issue weren't able to be created.

Due to some hackyness we had to do to find out of the course is private in the first issue, we fetch data about the new repository using the name of the repo the course generates (course.template.name
). However, in a private course, the name of the repo is username-course.template.name
, so this request fails:
