The query handles lambda parameters because the underlying member function is considered by the general case. Is there more information regarding FPs and lambda parameters?
Same as A0-1-2, is there more information around FPs when they are assigned to std::ignore?

Also, all of the three cases were already being acknowledged by the query, because they all counted as variable reads, hence were UsedParameters.
