FeaturesSadiAhmed: KeyError about ehg-oversampling HOT 2 CLOSED

An easy fix would be to make sure the _end_condition function of pyEMD never returns True. This can be achieved by setting the thresholds on infinite:

    def extract(self, signal):
        emd = PyEMD.EMD()
        emd.range_thr = float('-inf')
        emd.total_power_thr = float('-inf')
        emds = emd(signal)

Not sure what the impact will exactly be, and why only on channel 3 of tpehg929 it was not able to extract >= 7 EMDs
