comparison creates wrong extra files about gphotos-sync HOT 3 CLOSED

This is happening because of duplicates. For every group of files marked as duplicates, all but one of them are shown as an extra. (I have another issue #60 which is that there are some false duplicates and all of these will show as extras too).

This is probably easy to fix. Adding a 'duplicate' column in the localfiles table would make it easy to spot these. But this will be confusing because we already have a duplicate number for filenames that match - which is distinct (sometimes) from files that match.

Having fixed #60 I now see that the only duplicates are those that have two files with the same UID in the library.

Should one of the pair of duplicates show up as an extra? Not really because there are two copies in the library and two copies locally so they should all match.

I have reduced the number of false positives in the Extras. I still get them if there are duplicates that don't have a unique UID. This should be rare and I am yet to think of a way around it.

Closing as kinda done and sorta acceptable.
