Progress stops at 99% about singlefile HOT 5 CLOSED

I will add that Chrome Renderer and Chrome Helper hog the processor when this happens. Each is hovering around 50% until I close the tab.

I can't reproduce your issue. The page may sometimes be quite long to be processed but I always get the banner to save the page. Did you try to reset SingleFile options and disable other extensions?
I noticed that these 2 requests are the main cause of the SingleFile slowness on this page, Here there are:

They don't return anything but are taking long time.

I have also encountered the same issue numerous times. This could be caused by the servers not delivering some files. Please consider adding a feature allowing saving a page, with a warning, even if the progress does not reach 100%.

I would like to add that I have tried saving a webpage many times and on different days but every time the progress stopped at 99%. I finally used another extension on firefox to save it.
