Greetings!
From the looks of it, either your game install or your Sybaris install is incorrect. Maid Fiddler 1.0.7.0 has been tested on English release of COM (ver. 1.04.2) and confirmed to work fine:
Most likely your Sybaris install is incorrect. For English COM, you can use one of these:
I suggest wiping all of your COM and reinstalling it from scratch to make sure you don't have any leftover.
Finally, make sure you actually use the R18 patch. Maid Fiddler 1.0.7.0 does not support It's a Night Magic as it uses an outdated game build.
If you have any further issues, please create a new issue.
