mrv2 v1.1.3 - OCIO looks clamped about mrv2 HOT 5 CLOSED

Your image seems to have transparency all over and it is getting comped over the default dark gray background of mrv2.

You can probably get the image without any alpha compositing if you do:

Render->Alpha Blend->None.

@ggarra13 thanks for your quick answer, you are right, the alpha compositing was affecting the image, it looks closer now but it still doesn't match yet, what do you think can be causing this now?

@dynestudio I don't know as I never used Redshift. Some odd things about your last image:

1. Redshift's OCIO config is empty. Are you sure you are using the same one?
2. The frame number on each viewer is different. Are you sure the color does not change?

Work for home:

1. Instead of using Redshift's config.ocio, use one of mrv2's config.ocio (in the ocio dir of mrv2 installation) and see if you still get discrepancies.
2. Transparency is tricky and each renderer may do it differently. Do a quick test scene with no transparency and see if you still get discrepancies.
3. See if you can reproduce the results (of either Redshift or mrv2) with some other program like a compositing software like Nuke or AE.
