One email is sent per fresh error. They are sent to SENTRY_ADMINS.

What is a "fresh" error?
In my application I can get several hundred errors by second if a release doesn't go well. I need a parameter that stops email reporting after a limit for the "same" type of errors or the mail system will collapse.
I can eventually create a branch in sentry if there is no similar setting in sentry. Or eventually disable completely email reporting by setting SENTRY_ADMIN to None.

I would also like this feature. Just as a safety measurement. So something like, allow to send 100 emails per hour or something.
Just today we had a bigger issue in our system and I received more than 4k emails from sentry.
