The JSON export should match the format of the Aggregate JSON export. The KML export should probably be a KMZ export that includes the media files.

1. Document what Aggregate currently does as far as JSON (and be sure to test with repeats, unicode, multimedia)
2. Update this issue with that rough specification
3. Propose how you'll implement this in Briefcase (where the code will live, any new libraries, etc)
