as for #29. The default WiFi network to try to connect to should be named
ToI:whatever
and use a fixed password (I love my ToIs).
The device, when un-configured, or not internet connection is available, will scan to search for a network by that name, and automatically join it, allowing for #29 to be solved with a /own <essid> command
from esp8266.
