The most obvious syntax is

(export
  (rename ([my-integer #%integer]
           [my-module #%module]))
  #%string)

or, even better,

(export
  (rename [my-integer #%integer]
          [my-module #%module])
  #%string)

I propose the following syntax:

-- note that the local and exported names are swapped
(export
  [#%integer my-integer]
  [#%module my-module]
  #%string)

because it looks like a let expression which binds multiple values, with #%string being short for [%#string %#string].
