gcm-server app requires additional configuration:
- api.key file
- Another API key
- Registration and Admin keys - as i understand we need to generate these keys ourselves and use it later at sending messages.
- build.gradle and appengine-web.xml to deploy app.
I do not understand why there are two server API keys.
@korovyansk do you know why? And can you generate server key at Google Developers Console? I do not have permission for that.

I think api.key and another api key should be the same key.

Hint: Upload with gradle appengine-plugin:

Make customization following guide, but it produces error on both sides — gcm and android.
have no ideas why it happens, atm
