关闭连续滚动可以保证滚动时最多只滚动一页。

layoutManager.setAllowContinuousScroll(false);

但是这个功能还存在一些问题，关闭连续滚动后在执行滚动的时候可能会出现一个问题，例如下面这种现象：
在滚动超过页面的一半时会判定滚动到了下一页，如果滚动没有超过页面的一半，则判定会滚到当前页面。
假如用户当前翻页滚动距离小于一半，则会直接判定会滚到当前页面，之后松开手，然后继续按下翻页，则还是从当前页面翻到下一页。如果用户的每次翻页滚动距离均小于页面的一半，则可能会导致一种无法翻到下一页的感觉。
因此关闭连续滚动还存在问题，需要谨慎使用。

关于 Fling 翻页问题，后续会尝试优化该内容。
