This could be a SABnzbd bug. It's at least logging .aspx!ee=....
When looking into this I also saw an issue with hardcoded protocol + domain and nzbclub is one of the offenders as well, but it turns out that isn't the actual issue.

I'm new to Github and I done gone messed up. That branch is dependent on the error icon fix commit.

Went to look at this again and nzbclub.com isn't using those crazy URLs anymore and have pretty URLs now. Looks like they upgraded/changed servers at the end of '12 and the crazy URLs just hadn't been addressed.
Looks like this is fixed.
