Nice catch! I'll fix it right now. It would have really sucked if I found this bug while doing the run on stream!
Out of curiosity, how did you find this bug? I don't think I programmed the bot to place chests anywhere except for the "BeatMinecraft" task

I tried to beat minecraft, but it kept placing the chest under blocks, also the feature that makes it possible to find chests and place items in them doesn't work most of the time because most chests are underwater, and altoclef automatically starts swimming if you go underwater

Got it, I can't check if chests are underwater but I can get altoclef to "blacklist" blocks it has a hard time reaching, so that's what I'll do. Underwater traversal is a big issue with this bot which I hope to fix someday. Thanks for helping out, it's possible you've helped saved a future run.

Fixed. Makes sure block above is open now. It might get a little stuck on water chests, but will eventually blacklist them and move on.
