This is by design. The lineups you are subscribed to give you access to the stations and the channel numbers don't really mean anything. They are there for user readability/expectations and for the automapping routine to match station listings with tuner channels.

There is a note on the website during setup/configuration that states "Stations that are common within and between subscribed lineups are linked. This means that if a station is selected for download in one lineup, it will also be selected in the other lineup(s). The same is true when a station is de-selected."

The way to handle your particular situation (receiving 2.1 but not 106) can be handled by disabling the channel in WMC using the client. Open the client, find channel 106 on the left side list view, and uncheck the checkbox. This disables that channel in the guide so it will not be shown nor used for any recordings.

Also, just a note. You mentioned SD's 2019 API as possibly a reason for not upgrading EPG123. EPG123 still uses the 2014 API and will do so until it is necessary to change over. The 2019 API is still in development on an opportunistic basis with no expected release date.

I knew they were linked that way. I can see why you need to download the listings for a given callsign across all lineups. (Typecast does the same thing.) I disabled the channel directly in WMC, but I hadn't thought to disable it in the client. Even after all this time using EPG123, I'm still trying to adapt to its mental model. 😉

Thanks for letting me know EPG123 is still using the 2014 API. Some entries in the change history led me to believe it had switched to 2019. I'll upgrade soon. 🙂
