I see "Incorrect number of arguments" as one of the checks in the pimiibo codebase:
Lines 12 to 13 in 11b8922
What's the full set of commands you're running? It should look something like:
cd pimiibo
./pimiibo keyfile.bin dumpfile.bin
from pimiibo.

Thank you for your reply. I haven’t had the time to get on the Pi today but what I have been entering is as follows:
./pimiibo [path to keyfile.bin] [path to dumpfile.bin]

Do your file paths have spaces in them? The spaces may be throwing off the parameter count. If so, try wrapping each path in quotes, like ./pimiibo "path to/keyfile.bin" "path to some/dump.bin"
