Sorry for long no answer. It is a good idea, but i dunno how to implement it with Telegram bot api only. Theoretically, it can be done with tg api for applications, which requires at least one user account for bot. Now i focused on adding new features. After some time i will try it, and create relevant branch.

@microservers, I think you misunderstand. You have to create a bot for every victim individualy and compile executables for each of them. If you want to manipulate a couple of victims and not create individual executables - telegram bot api does not support multi-instancing per one bot, it's just came up with the Conflict: terminated by other getUpdates request; make sure that only one bot instance is running error - this is what i wrote about and i can't solve this problem, since i am not programmer at Telegram. Hope i clarified this

@microservers, my rat based on this, i didn't change methods to receive and send messages, so my rat has the same functionality. Still, you need to have individual bot for every victim, it's not that bad, you just will have more than one chat. Thanks for being interesting in developing of this repository
