Interoperability And Compatibility Risk
There is no compatibility risk; no web site will stop working as a result of the removal of static or dynamic PKP.
- Edge: Currently does not support key pinning.
- Firefox: No official signals yet.
- Safari: Currently does not support key pinning.
- Opera: If Opera wishes to continue to support pinning, they will need to carry a patch that reverts our diff(s).

Wait for #14 to be completed before starting this one, as that is a pretty big re-write of the system. Once it is completed, this should be pretty simple to implement by removing some variables and an extension method.
