CPU temp is lower than macs fan control about eul HOT 5 OPEN

From what I could check it seems that eul checks the CPU Proximity which seems to always be the same or 1 degree difference with Macs fan control.
On the other hand MacsFan control, temp for CPU cores and Core average is usually higher.

Is the only thing that is showing the accurate CPU temperatures. The temp reported bei eul is 40°C too low! A Mac throttles out at 100°C, but mine is never getting over 61 with eul. I guess eul is measuring the heatsink temperature not the CPU temp.
