Just noticed that the port number is None (https://s3.amazonaws.com:None). That seems odd?
Also, your creds seems to have got printed out, although they are supposed to be sanitised in the logs. Not sure why that is, but you may need to reset just in case.

Thanks for heads up about the keys, totally missed it. It'd be great to make sure credentials are automatically sanitized in all log messages. And yes, not sure why None would be a part of that URL.

Could you check the userdata as well as cloudlaunch admin settings to see whether the s3_port is a space or something instead of a null value?
Edit: The userdata does seem to have a None value though.
