Define an MD tag analog about ga4gh-schemas HOT 4 CLOSED

#33 should address MD if GACigarUnit:: contigSequence is properly set. An augmented CIGAR 3=2Xac3Dcgc3=, for example, is equivalent to 5M3D3M with MD 3AC^3CGC3, and should be easier to work with as we don't need to keep track of two strings. I proposed the MD tag but later considered it to be a bad design.

If we are happy with the MD solution in #33, we can close this issue.

I'm good with closing if @massie is. We will want a few examples explaining how the new GACigarUnit and contigSequence work, but that can be part of a later general doc task. (Matt, maybe a follow on to http://zenfractal.com/2013/06/19/playing-with-matches/ will make sense at some point?)
