Bug: Observer is not removed from richChanges() about richtextfx HOT 3 CLOSED

It seems you have to either keep a reference to the returned Subscription and use that instead:

var richSubscription = codeArea.richChanges().observe(observer);  // Note: observe not addObserver
.....
richSubscription.unsubscribe();

or you need to keep a reference to the returned EventStream and use that instead. Something like:

var richEvents = codeArea.richChanges();
richEvents.addObserver(observer);
....
richEvents.removeObserver(observer);

The 1st (using Subscription) is preferable since you only have to keep one reference instead of two references in the second.
