qrencode does NOT embed any DPI information for EPS file format because basically EPS file does not hold DPI information in it as far as I know. Generally there's no need to have a DPI information because it is a vector graphics format. "72x72" resolution would be an ImageMagick's default setting.
If you still need to embed DPI information to EPS file, can you tell me the reason WHY, and HOW can we embed it.

Sorry I didn't realise EPS didn't hold DPI data. I have decided to use PNG instead for custom DPI so this issue can be closed. Thanks all the same.
