Thank you for the report.
yes, Ecto.Enum should be supported

ecto_erd/lib/ecto/erd/dot.ex

Lines 141 to 143 in 81794cb

 defp format_field(%Field{type: {:parameterized, Ecto.Enum, %{values: values}}}, :type) do 

 "#Enum<#{inspect(values)}>" 

 end

But it seems like internal representation of the type has been changed in this commit elixir-ecto/ecto@7906162#diff-025069044568b480ef6f86f025cb46a7064695e6df1e7008ede689e09a9c7836R97

from ecto_erd.
