CharacterSetECI has memory leaks! about qzxing HOT 2 CLOSED

i have investigated on this using the strict definition of "memory leak" indeed the code that you reference has a memory leak. Though, it is a fixed amount of bytes allocated during the initialization of the application because they are static values. They never get altered or freed during the execution. Also, most of the current compilers automatically free the allocated memory of an application upon the termination of the process. So these static values will be freed eitherway at the end of the execution.

Though, because I consider it as practice of clean code I have embedded your suggestion to the code with some minor refactorings

Because,I use visual c++, VC detect it and consider it a memory leak, so i post the issue.
