This should be possible. If all the scrollers are set to exactly the same scroll trigger boundary, then there might be a problem in that the outer one does grab the scroll first due to event capture (haven't checked!); this should work in a bubbling way.

I think the nested scroller example uses different scroll trigger boundaries for nicer behaviour, but it'd be good to improve the behaviour for nested scrollers without any custom settings. I'll take a look at this...

Wrote a quick "proof-of-concept" kind of hack that seems to make it work (implemented only for mouse) by adding an additional preventBubbling option that should be set to true for nested scrollers.

I do not know how to properly attach code to comments, so bear with me:

add: preventBubbling: false to _instanceOptions
change: _containerNode._ftscrollerToggle('mousedown', _onMouseDown, false);
add: if (_instanceOptions.preventBubbling){ startEvent.stopPropagation(); } at beginning of _onMouseDown

As I said, it seems to work, but I don"t know if it breaks anything else so I did not write a whole implementation. Hope it helps.
