Could you provide a little more context on this?
Emails to what recipient should be listed for whom?

As a member of the student representatives group, I want to see mails that have been sent to the student representatives. I want to mark an email as done, e.g. if it is spam. I also want the possibility to forward one mail from the list to previously defined distribution lists (e.g. infoschleuder in our case). If there has been an answer to the mail, I want the mail to be removed from the list automatically.

This question also applies to #38, is there already a plan how access these emails?
Further, do you intend to add this feature only for student representatives, or should there be multiple configurable "mail management view", similar to protocols?
