I'll chime in with an RPM request as well :) but I'm not terribly afraid of pip, so I won't be devastated :)

@dkowis I'm fine with pip too, but sometimes I wanna have automatic updates for new releases. I'm updating my home/dev system a few times per day(coz I'm running ubuntu 12.04 and other alpha/beta software most of it is daily builds) and it's so hard to remember which app need to be updated manually.
@kennethreitz I can maintain ubuntu/debian repo ppa at https://launchpad.net/ but someone need to notify me about new releases. so I update deb packages aswell.
