  1. I think Leave and Salary are no doubt bit related but should be separately calculated. We can have an option in leave allocation for that instead on Salary Slip. For you it might be like Employee earns monthly leave but for some it might be yearly.
  2. You mean total paid leaves? I am did not understand it, where do you want to calculate and show that.
  3. Right now we just show leave without pay, leave count on Salary Slip. But I think Working Days should be minus the leaves, that will self explanatory.

Sounds good. A formula option for it to accumulate based on each employee's salary slip (only when they are generated for that employee).

You mean total paid leaves? I am did not understand it, where do you want to calculate and show that.

I am referring to all paid leave owing to employees which has not been paid out i.e. paid leave which has not been taken for the entire company. Given this is a liability, could there not be a Chart of Account under liabilities which can reflect the present total monetary cost to the company? When paid leave is taken by employee's, this is then credited back to the liability account to reflect less paid leave is owing. I suppose the issue would be how to calculate this based on each employee's rate. Whether the figure is calculated as an estimate to the last pay slip rate of the user I am not certain, however having this solid figure would be great. Realise given pay's can be formulated differently amongst each company, it would be hard to calculate based on those - any idea's as to how this can be dynamically updated based on last pay?

Right now we just show leave without pay, leave count on Salary Slip. But I think Working Days should be minus the leaves, that will self explanatory.

Sorry I actually meant to write can the total number of paid leave hours available be an optional field in Print Format Builder. So it will just represent what they presently have available - when paid leave is taken, this will decrease and be reflected on the salary slip.

Unfortunately this issues needs little bit more digging into. We are not sure if it is generic enough, hence it is on hold for now.
