Hoi Hans,
Krijg je na het draaien van certbot een melding in het controlepaneel dat de DNS voor dat domein succesvol is aangepast?
Zo ja, zou het kunnen dat het wat langer duurt voordat het TXT record is gepropageerd.
Je kan proberen om in config.php (of .env voor docker) de waardes voor WAIT_SECONDS en/of MAX_TRIES wat te verhogen.

Ik krijg tijdens het runnen nu de volgende melding:

Output from manual-auth-hook command auth:
Error: Config file "/opt/certbot-dns-transip/config.php" does not exist
Ik heb de config.php aangepast naar hoe die manueel moet staan, maar dat hielp ook niet.

Ik zie inderdaad exact hetzelfde gedrag, er wordt geen config.php aangemaakt.
In mijn geval is dit met het gebruik van de Docker, waarbij dus niet vermeld staat dat je zelf het config.php bestand aan moet maken.
Nu weet ik zelf niet veel van PHP en waag ik mij er dus niet aan er verder in te kijken. Maar het lijkt er op dat de config.php.dist dus niet omgezet wordt naar config.php voordat bin/auth aangeroepen wordt.
@fransik ik neem aan dat dit dus automatisch door de Factory gedaan zou moeten worden tijdens het draaien van bin/auth?
