Alterations wishlist about pf2e HOT 5 OPEN

Can I add #15505 to this list;

• Number of damage dice - #15650
• Splash damage
• Bonus damage

The potency / damage dice thing is maybe an argument to collapse the Striking / Potency REs into this and expand it to include armor. Not sure what would need adjusted for splash or bonus damage, those are 100% covered by other REs as is.

• Handedness for weapons, necessary to correctly implement Unfurling Brocade hybrid study, which allows the Bladed Scarf to be wielded one handed with a lowered damage die.
