Just pushed out v1.3.7.2 - it should take care of this problem
The issue was caused by the removal of ERB's literal tag delimiters (<%%) from the .erb template, causing the stylesheet_link_tag to be evaluated at the context of the InstallGenerator.
Let me know if it works for y'all.
