Looks like this happened when we updated the directory structure for Foundation. This commit resolves the 404 issues:

I'll talk to Matt and see if there's a better way to box up the download packages so we don't include the OS X files. Jason, thanks for catching the 404s.

BTW guys, you have 404s on your http://foundation.zurb.com/docs/ page and what is "presentation.CSS" you are using on this page but is not in the zip?

presentation.css contains the specific styles for the marketing site and documentation - not part of the main Foundation package. You can get those files by checking out the whole repo. We've fixed the 404s (thanks!) and we'll shortly be building the zip archive with a script to eliminate the messy OS X files.
