From the looks of the screenshot, Windows Phone 7.5 doesn't support media queries. Perhaps you could try a layout based on the block-grid, like is used to create responsive emails for mobile Gmail (it also doesn't support media queries).
I don't know why the logo image in the upper left wouldn't show up though.
I'm going to close the issue since we don't technically support Windows Phone 7.5 right now, but please feel free to re-open (or open a new issue) if this is affecting other platforms as well.
