We are seeing shipping statuses being updated FROM ShipStation but sending orders TO ShipStation still results in a 500 error.

Thank you. I ran the update, verified credentials, and attempted a connection. Got a new error this time:
An error occurred attempting to update orders: Error in XML. Reason: The 'Value' element is invalid - The value '"... the message ... ."' is invalid according to its datatype 'String100' - The actual length is greater than the MaxLength value.

@pioneerdesign it was a string length limit on the line item option values. 1.3.2 should resolve that.
