@mariobehling Can you elaborate more on this? The json file should be created manually? If no then how should we find a way to scrape the news organizations twitter account from somewhere? I think that we need to find a way to regularly update and find news organizations twitter accounts.. any suggestions? @hemantjadon?

Yes, correct. Simply create a list with one account per line for example.

This can be done manually for the beginning. The important thing is to get started on this actually.
