Using scale(-1, 1) on a text element inside an SVG will also invert the coordinates basis of the viewport, so you would need to correctly translate the x coords as well using scale(-1, 1), translate(-450, 0) where 450 is based on the current text size. For your use case of RTL, this is not going to be consistent enough for usage.
