Ah crap, sorry @davidtheclark, not sure why I didn't search first. My apologies.
That said, the code example in demo four has some side affects for me, while the code I mentioned above works just fine. It is something to do with returning focus once the modal in question is closed. I am not sure what is causing it though, and will only reopen this once I have found out the cause, in case it actually IS a new use case and not just me doing something daft.
