Hi @fearzendron,
I am not sure this is an error of xsd2json. Your printed error message /usr/local/lib/node_modules/.bin/npm: 2: exec: /usr/local/lib/node_modules/.bin/node: not found suggests that your node/npm installation is broken. The ENOENT indicates that some file is missing.
You could do a manual install of xsd2json by calling:
git clone https://github.com/fnogatz/xsd2json.git
cd xsd2json
npm install
./lib-pl/cli --help
